Love everything the caravan was lovely and had everything thing in it the beds we ao comfortable and it was so cosy loved seeing the sea in the morning the camp site was amazing

The caravan in general was a mess the boiler wasn't working so we had to wash in cold water, cushions on settee were ripped, blinds to the windows were all bent and excess damage, dining chairs falling apart, dog mess on the veranda, the veranda was large but no table and chairs so not able to sit outside not good for disabled mum in law, all in all I wouldn't recommend this caravan until it's had work done, it is on lyons winkups in Towyn north Wales van number is W800, I will be seeking a refund. These are just a few piccys

Close to fair and markets site itself was ok nice showbar pool amusements and food areas

Our caravans boiler had issues so no hot water during our stay but had heating so assume diverter valve issue only told of this the week before we went and told it wouldn't be fixed before our stay and was a bit short notice to change. We where offered a refund but decided to go and work around it and shower in the pool area smallest pool changing rooms ive ever seen. Van backed on to railway so noise of trains passing. Van also in a poor state of repair and in need of a drastic overall paint falling off rads blinds all bent dining chairs falling apart settee poor and beds uncomfortable glad we only stayed 3 nights could not have done a week in this van Plot W800

Boiler didn’t work so we had no hot water and when i went back on the reviews this boiler hasnt been working for awhile but the host didnt inform us until we were travelling down there , no wifi and bad reception, the caravan was untidy around the outside and inside smelt like wet dog

Perfect location - the Tir Prince Fun Fair was within walking distance as well as the entertainment, shops, arcades, parks and places to eat. The caravan was very spacious with decking as well as patio doors to open. The bedrooms were very tidy and clean too. My stay was for 1 night and the tv had good signal so wasn’t too fussed about the no Wi-Fi. We ended up oversleeping past checking out time which I dropped the host a text and they was very understanding so that was nice. I booked the Caravan a day before coming and they responded very quickly with information and instructions.

When we arrived for check in the cleaners had just got there to clean which they were welcoming and said we could come in and wait while they cleaned but we decided to go for a walk but just meant we couldn’t unpack. After paying for the caravan I got told the boiler wasn’t working wasn’t too fussed as we was only there for the night but would of been better if there was an advisory about the boiler before booking incase guests were there longer. The couches and the carpet had a bit of an odour to them but was bearable as it was only for the 1 night. Loved the decking but would recommend some garden furniture and then it would be perfect.

Where it was

Did not have hot water, had to clean everything, no toilet rolls, bird mess all on veranda, carpet badly marked, toilets did not flush properly, radiators all rusted

Location & winkup it self

We recently stayed at Lyon’s winkup we were extremely disappointed. Caravan number w800 was dirty and boiler wasn’t working which was not advertised .there was also alot of damaged in van. We encountered several issues with maintenance & cleanliness and the overall experience was far below our expectations. We would not recommend this property to anyone. See the following pictures attached and we received very poor response from owner
