Please note that we provide duvets and pillows, please bring your own bed linens and towels. Also to share a boiler issue for hot water. It's a double glazed central heating caravan. Central heating is working perfectly fine but hot water is not making it hot as normal. It makes it warm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host

"Awful place"

We had a terrible experience at the place from start to finish, no clear directions were given to find the place. The photos we saw on the website and the place are different. It was a dumping ground for us. Kids were crying in the next caravan, and people were shouting in the middle of the night. There is a train track at the back of the park so a lot of disturbance. My kids were cold at night because we couldn't find the thermostat and no instructions were there to follow. The boiler says don't touch. They mentioned there was a sofa bed but it was just a SMELLY SOFA ONLY. Parking was very narrow. The beds were squeaky. We had a terrible night and were awake all night. There was a smell in the caravan. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EITHER YOU HAVE FAMILY OR YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.😔😔

"Terrible: After been in touch with owner and got know joy came home early."

AVOID: Caravan was dirty, blinds broken, cooker and shower didn't work. Text about the gas and electric which we never had and paid for. Door lock broken, seating ripped and dirty. Nothing like photo on Booking.com. We did inform you we were staying until the Sunday, when you said you was going to come down. I have kept all text messages.

"Fabulous place to stay !"

Location and accomodation was fab . great for market and local shops , fair everything was good .

Could do with new pillows and door catches fixing , but they were in no way affecting our stay 😊
