"Užasno!"

Problem u komunikaciji sa vlasnikom objekta. Nije se javljala na telefon, nije odgovarala na poruke, mejlove. Nakon toga sam kontaktirala kontakt centar Bookinga, pa su i oni pokušali stupe u kontakt sa vlasnicom. Takođe neuspešno. Iz tog razloga mi je otkazana rezervacija i morali smo da tražimo drugi smeštaj. Booking mi je izašao u susret, vratili su ceo iznos uplaćene rezervacije.

Iako smo 3 dana ranije bukirali i platili smeštaj, vlasnik nam je otkazao smeštaj na pola puta do Temišvara, navodnim objašnjenjem da se nalazi izvan grada I da joj je ključ od stana u kolima. Navodno je baš tada pokušala da obavesti Booking, što nije tačno. Uspeli smo u putu da nađemo drugi smeštaj i obavestimo Booking koji je odlično odreagovao i zaštitio naša prava (iskompenzovao troškove). Za Booking 10, za vlasnika ovog smeštaja 1.

It says 10 minutes to the center, but with a car (and at night without traffic) because it is on the outskirts of the city, in the countryside. The apartment is very very small, new and without some finishes such as chairs (there were only 2 and we rented it for 4 people) and furniture in the room. There is an underground garage for the vehicle.
