Could walk to all the sights

The convenience of the lock system, everything we needed was stocked, the location was great.

I liked the central location of the rental. It was well within walking distance to Chinatown and close to subway stops.

The bed was very cozy and the shower had shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

The tv remote doesn’t work (costs $10 to replace?), everyone slammed the front door which made me jump every time, and I couldn’t control the air conditioning. Street parking was not easy to find either. Overall, the cost for one night did not make any sense for the value of the room.

We were put in the basement apartment when I had deliberately booked the one with clear windows in the picture. There was no natural light at all.

Overall I had a good stay. Great location, the room was everything that I needed, nice shower.

As a solo traveler, I didn’t love that my room had the same code as the main door- made me wonder if anyone else staying in the building could get into my room. Also didn’t love that the room didn’t have a deadbolt or other form of additional lock besides the room code.

Love the set up and it was very clean and neat.

I tried calling the host for assistance with the door but no answer

As soon as we walked in you could tell it was recently cleaned, it smelled like cleaning products but not in an overwhelming way. The bathroom was GORGEOUS and I loved the big stand up shower. There was REAL coffee available which is a huge plus, and a tray of ice cubes in the freezer. Bed, pillows, and other bedding was clean and comfy..didn't feel stiff or weird like hotel linen. The location was PERFECT as we were attending a concert at the Silk City Diner. Literally a minute walk to the venue from the property. Lots of food options within walking distance. Limited parking but we paid $30 for 24 hours of monitored parking in a lot that was a 6 minute walk from the property. Worth it in my opinion. I know my photos aren't super flattering but for a night or maybe even a longer weekend this size room is perfect. We only stayed one night, so the price and location to the venue we were attending couldn't have been better.

The location was amazing and exactly what I was looking for to spend one night in Philly for an afternoon work meeting at Yards Brewing.

Parking was difficult. Thin walls and the front door to the street slamming was loud.
