Posizione molto comoda per vicinanza al mare. Aveva tutto a disposizione. Appartamento tenuto bene.

La struttura dovrebbe essere aereggiata un po’ di più essendo interrata. Per lo stesso motivo, l’ingresso esterno presentava un po’ di verde per l’umidità, sarebbe carino se venisse rimosso per rendere più accogliente alla vista anche l’esterno. Internamente l’appartamento è tenuto davvero bene.
