The tv was not working and neither was the internet. Contacted the owner and they didnt pick up so had to stay elsewhere. Dont recomm

I felt very disappointed stay over there and no actions were taken when I reported someone issues and no response from the management

There were no heaters, TV and wifi working

Absolutely nothing.

Where to begin. Firstly the place was not clean. the passages were full of cleaning materials like dirty buckets of water next to electrical outlets. both trip hazards and fire hazards. the shower was ice cold and i'm glad i didn't need heating as that did not work either. the bed was unsteady like sleeping on untethered scaffolding. with a lack of pillows. (nothing like the images offered on the site). the "view" is of the building opposite and not a pretty one either. the noise from the constant traffic below was unbearable with sirens going past at least once an hour. not restful not comfortable not worth it. better to sleep in your car. Their free parking is free but what they don't tell you is that they shutter the parking area closed between 2am and 3PM so if you have places to go in the day it isnt useable.

I liked that there was free parking, until my car was locked in the car park and I couldn’t access it in the morning.

Room had used towels presented nicely as if they were new, a closer look and I could see whatever the last person had wiped and I really don’t want to know what it was. In my search for a clean towel opening some cupboards, I found a towel in one of the kitchen cupboards, this towel was also used but to my horror it had mould on it. I nearly threw up. I will not mention the noise from other tenants downstairs fighting because this is out of the host’s control, and this is also down to the location. We didn’t stay the full course of what I paid for this place, and we checked out the following day.
