Ci è piaciuta la gentilezza dei gestori e del proprietario Panaiotis, la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Karidi (8 minuti a piedi) e al supermercato (300 metri). Il posto auto privato, il giardino e la privacy (il vicinato è distante). Molto caratteristico il pavimento in pietra (anche all'interno). Bello il patio con il grande tavolo, il divanetto, la poltrona e i due ventilatori a soffitto (nel tardo pomeriggio è al sole). In giardino c'è un piccolo orto con pomodori e peperoni, ci è stato consentito di mangiarli.

Non siamo amanti dell'aria condizionata, ma segnaliamo che è presente solo in soggiorno. Lasciandola accesa e non chiudendo la porta probabilmente riesce a servire anche la prima camera da letto, ma non la seconda. Tuttavia ogni stanza è dotata di efficaci ventilatori a soffitto. Nel bagno la doccia non è separata con una tenda o con un box, difatti per motivi di sicurezza non ci sono prese della corrente per rasoi e asciugacapelli. Alla cucina si accede dal patio e non dall'abitazione. Uno stendino mobile non guasterebbe.

We liked the garden around the house, peace and quietness, a lot of nice details and paintings inside the house. Nice size of the rooms. Very nice and friendly host. Location is very good - beach, restaurants, grocery stores are 5 - 10 min from the house.

The availability of parking space was a convenient bonus, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, we had a pleasant vacation at this charming and convenient retreat. It offered a comfortable stay, a great location, and a peaceful, charming ambiance. We would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Lots of mosquitoes outside, but then again they were everywhere in Halkidiki. Apart from this, I’d be hard pressed to find anything I disliked.
