Terra Petra Luxury Villa - The Seafront Retreat

Location is perfect with walking distance to the beach less than 5 mins. Also the bbq facility was amazing and you could access the water for snorkeling right from your own property

The villa was nice and the location was beautiful, with many things to see and great opportunities for boat trips. The garden was also very beautiful. The upstairs room had no proper place to put or store clothes, and there was a very strong smell of humidity. The water in the showers was not well regulated, so water often ended up all over the bathroom floor. What we also did not like was the communication with the staff, as they did not understand English well. We stayed here for several nights, and nobody asked if we needed anything, fresh towels, or any assistance. We can write this comparison because we stayed in another villa at the same time, where the service and communication were much better.l

However, the beach was too dangerous for swimming or walking comfortably because there were too many sharp stones and small hard rocks, and getting into the water was very difficult. Great location right by the sea with a beautifully landscaped garden, super friendly and helpful host, and lovely beaches in the neighbourhood.

Unfortunately, there is currently a construction site right next to the house, which was pretty noisy during the day.

Amazing place! Very beautiful garden with private jacuzzi and direct sea access through a stairwell. The Villa is very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the host Dimitris. He recommended great places for us to visit and eat and was always available when we had questions. Totally recommend!

The villa is very beautiful and modern with all the desired comfort and access to the sea is magnificent. the welcome from the owners is really warm
