Central location, comfortable couch and beds, good living room TV and consummate kitchen, the host’s team was very responsive and pretty accommodating

There are some fascinatingly strange neighbors to the west, as well the back bedroom would benefit from a TV mounted to the wall, and maybe return thermostat control to the property rather than controlling it remotely. Oh, and a bigger refrigerator would be a plus. Also, for future bookers, there is indeed a laundry room but you must book for more than a week in order to get free access to it.

The place was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.

The communication with the host was TERRIBLE. The code was not provided, I had to chase them before we could get in. There was no welcome/information book in the property, no details of wifi code or how to work TV etc. The air con cannot be controlled by you, it is set and managed remotely by the host and it was freezing cold in there, I had to message to find out how we can control the temperature and was told we can't! They turned it down slightly so it wasn't so cold. There were no washing facilities despite the fact that they advertise the property as having a washer and drier and I had already told the host that I was booking the property so that we could use the laundry facilities, weeks before. There was also no bath or work desk as advertised. I had to repeatedly contact the host for the wifi password, which was finally provided at just before 11pm. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, with booking. Com or their competitors!

The host was gracious to leave out snacks at the table and supply us with coffee and water. It was very appreciated and thoughtful.

Not that I didn't like anything, and this was not by any means the fault of the host. One of the nights we stayed, there were people fighting loudly outside. It scared my daughter.

The inside was functional(open) & comfortable, the kitchenette was nice, bathroom was unusual but nice.

The smoke alarm went off when I used the Air-fryer( minimum smoke), the front bedroom door had a split, spiders were observed, front bedroom power socket recessed, no air condition control.

This was an old, renovated house. Parking was good. Location was good. Bathroom was very nice. Beds were very comfortable and bed linens were nice.

It was much older and dated than pictured. There was no central heat/air unit, just one space heater and one mobile air unit (not sure how this works in the summer/winter). Bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. Emailed instructions about property keys/entry code were confusing. There were light bulbs that were out. Freezer needed defrosting.

I loved the fact this place was close to everything and how quiet and clean the neighborhood was.

The water got cold pretty quick but it was manageable.
