F**** THIS HOTEL Entered to find COMPLETE MESS. Someone had sex and left in disgusting state. Cleaner hadn't come to fix up. Called, was reassigned room. NO WIFI Called several times to ask about wifi but no one picked up. ENTIRE 3 DAYS without WIFI !!! CAR PARK CLOSES - went to get my car to go work. CAR WAS SHUT INSIDE overnight without any signs or mention on booking. The sheesha lounge was closed so didnt know who tf to call to get my car. NO ONE PICKS THE CALL EVER. Ended up taking train paying £100 to work 2hrs away !!!!!! Bathroom wont lock. Like literally was a disaster!!!!!!!!

It’s really unfair to post pictures of the property when it’s was brand new and not update the pictures to what it currently looks like.

Location was good for what you need .

Was dirty on the floor, to the point I had to change my socks after an hour due to how dirty the floor was , the shower is broke and sprays from 6 different angles and when you even turn the temperature it nearly falls on you! Then because another resident lost there let they found it acceptable at 1am to get a hammer and drill out and smash the lock in. In order to get them in with no consideration for me or my partner who was pregnant or anyone else staying there, Where we had to check into another hotel at 1am and pay extra.

Near the city centre and safe parking

It was cold, dirty and run down. Looks nothing like the pictures.
