Honestly the place is nice but it's very small and felt cramped. Cleaning could improve especially spider webs in bathroom and bedroom. Making the people dispose of garbage staying at the property is pointless as directed by post notes in the property as the staff didn't even understand why we were walking around with rubbish looking for a disposal area, that doesn't exist. Charging paying customers staying at $150-$300 pesos to use the pool is absolutely ludicrous

The accessibility of my necessities especially water is just an elevator away. On entry to the lobby, I especially loved the scent of clean, fresh that adds an aesthetic class to the building. It was cool and refreshing. The owner’s unit in particular, was tidy, VERY clean, organized and functional, and well scneted. My short term stay was perfect and went above my expectation. Garbage disposal was also a breeze since the location was easily accessible. Internet was very fast and the bedroom, boast beauty in the darkness of the city lights. Although, functioned as a studio unit, the division did not hinder the over-all air condition capacity of the entire room. It was well thought of and designed. The towels prepared and desensitized efficiently.

I wish we had a small space to hang our clothes dry after washing

Clean, stylish, complete utilities -- kitchenwares & equipments, there's bath towel, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing soap, toiletries except toothbrush. Comfy bed and desk for work. Wifi is strong and there is Netflix. Grocery is just below and there are coffee shops and restaurants below the building. It was perfect staycation!

None. I saw tiny roach in the bathroom sink but it wasn't much of a problem.

Accessibility to everywhere. The place was very clean and conjusive. Nice city view from the bedroom.
