קודם כל ולפני הכל - הצוות (מוסטפא, אלי והמלצריות) היו פשוט מקסימים, אדיבים, שירותיים ומסבירי פנים. הרבה זמן לא נתקלתי באווירה כל כך אישית ושירותית, כל דבר שהיינו צריכים - תמיד עונים בחיוך ובחיוב. המיקום מצויין ובמרכז העיר ובהחלט אחזור למלון הזה. תודה לכם על סוף שבוע מדהים

Hotel in a preserved stone building. Excellent location — close to the city center yet a unique boutique hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room. The staff is kind and helpful.

המלון נמצא במיקום נוח מאד, קיימת בעיית חנייה שהמלון משתדל לעזור. אווירה בו מ=חמימה, אנשי השירות אם בקבלה ואם במטבח נהדרים קשובים לצרכי האורחים ומאד משתדלים

זה שאין חניה והחדר היה די קטן. המראה בחדר תלויה בגבה לא מתאים.
