I remember cleaning fee being included in the price. Then its not far fetch for customers to expect these rooms to be at least clean and cleaned. No!?, C'mon guys !

Terrible customer service. Don’t park your car in the car park if you actually decide to book there (think twice) as you will be locked in with no way of getting it out and no one to contact . Tv not working

The shower is lovely and for the price well worth it. Don't listen to the other comments probably just snobby people writing reviews but I thought the place was just fine!! WILL STAY AGAIN

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the property I recently booked through your platform. The accommodation was significantly different from the photos and description provided on your website, and my experience was far below expectations. Here are the key issues we encountered during our stay: • The room was extremely small and did not match the advertised images. • There was no cleaning provided, and the room was in an unhygienic condition. • The bed was dirty with visible stains on the bedsheet. • The walls had cracks and holes (please refer to the attached pictures). • The washroom door was broken. • There was no heating available. The overall condition of the room and the service provided were unacceptable and completely below standards. It was a truly upsetting experience, and I feel that the property listing misrepresented the actual condition of the accommodation. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this matter.
