It was a decent value for money.

On top of the bar, very noisy. No toilet paper. The shower was broken. No communication.

Nothing

The room was in a terrible state with a broken towel rail that had been pulled off a wall, broken fan, smell of mould, a hole punched in the bathroom door.... worst of all it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests and the sheets were filthy. We contacted the host who told us there was no cleaner available. We said we were leaving and the host texted to say he would refund us if we put a waiver through on booking.com Predictably no refund has been received despite our efforts. And booking.com customer service has been useless. Interestingly when we booked at the end of last year there were barely any negative comments and the photos were of a different room
