Locatelli Apartments - Patio Living "Cordyline"

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The location is great. We’d love to come back

The apartment was like new. Very well located. Showers was amazing.

Flat was really nice, very modern & clean. Great location, good area for tram connection, 2min walk, also easy to get round on foot to major sites. Flat itself was made up of 2 big bedrooms with en-suite in each, very big & modern amenities. A/c was a bonus in each room and in kitchen area. Kitchen had big fridge & freezer, enough bits & pieces to do a light meals & nespresso style coffee machine. No actual table but bar stools & bench were adequate. Host was helpful & responsive, we appreciated that.

Personally for me the memory foam pillows were not to my liking & took a while to get used to. Only other thing was no communal area to sit & chill other than the courtyard which wasn’t ideal as either hot or rainy. Pictures did sort of reflect this. Not a deal breaker but wld have been nice to have.

Century Located and had all the facilities like AC and washing machine

It is located in the ztl zone so you can't park anywhere near the apartment.

The property is right near everything I wanted to see. The basilica of Saint Justina and St Anthony are right outside your door. The botanical garden is as well.

Parking can be tricky.

Firstable: Clean . Good location. Nice interior. Good pillow. Good stuffs. Big room. New. Everything was good. The communication was perfect.
