Close to Playa las Vistas with pool and parking

Really really close to the beach! It's also really nice to have a parking spot. All commodities close by walking (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants...)

On day one there was a smell from the pipes of the bathroom, we had to buy a spray to remove it, after it was ok.

Great location, nice balcony, tiny but enough space for us, quick and easy to reach the beach & ocean, decent furniture (could use an upgrade), cozy atmosphere

Few of the neighbors were very intrusive and super rude, talking out loud to each other about how annoyed they were to have new guests in the residency, referring to my group and others. This is just one example. We ignored the rudeness but they were very nasty. The pool is never used as it’s freezing (colder than the ocean), the apartment had no amenities (we had to buy our own toilet paper), the apartment certainly needs a refresh!

Great location, apartment was a little dated but comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent internet connection. Pool was great but cold. It was a nice bonus to have the loungers to lie on.

Being told to be quiet for laughing on our balcony! It should be noted if you stay here that you have to be very QUIET. That means no loud talking, or laughing. We felt uncomfortable to spend any time on the balcony after that experience and even felt like we should have to close the door to the balcony in the evening in case the TV or ourselves would cause further upset to the person who gave out to us.

Great location. Clean and with nice terasse. Easy pickup och dropoff of keys. Nice communal area with salt water pool, quiet surroundings.

We were asked to keep our kid quiet by the pool area in the afternoon because the other residents by the pool wanted to sleep. Lack of answer from host on request.

the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and the beach.

I paid €100 damages deposit which wasn’t refunded. I had to contact the company for them to advise that I had allegedly broken an oven door (despite not using the oven) and fridge shelf (despite only storing a few bottles of water). I have been shown photographs which do not look like damage from an incident, more like wear and tear, but I’m unable to prove otherwise. Make sure you take photos on arrival or you too may be made to pay for something you didn’t do!

The location. Directly at the beach. In general a very quiet and clean apartment complex. Big apartments with a big balcony. Private parking included. The pool is a very nice saltwater pool. We would recommend this location.

One or maybe two big loud families was living next to us in one or two apartments. After they was awake, it wasn't that nice on the balcony anymore. It wasn't even the children that was loud, it was the adults that screamed all the time. But I guess you will meet such people in every holiday location. We just left when they was awake.

Excellent beach side location. Big pool and very few people using it and the pool area in general.

Although the apartment complex is literally next to the beach, the apartment itself is right at the back of the complex and lacks the views (ie no sea or pool view) of many of the other apartments in the complex. The apartment, although clean and very well equipped, is dated and in need of minor repairs. At first I was worried that I might be held responsible for some of them (for example one of the wardrobe doors was jammed and wouldn't open), but after chatting with the Letting Agent (who was very helpful indeed, bringing us an extra set of keys for example) I felt reassured.
