"Worst experience of my life."

The hotel is on second floor, without a lift. Owner refused to send staff to help with the luggage. The owner/manager quoted tarrif more than was shown on booking.com. I had paid an advance which he refused to return. Told me to wait for the room to be empty even though it was 6PM and my check-in time was 12 noon. We had no option to leave without staying there.

It was my worst experience of hotel, they did not give me room on the price mentioned on website even after booking. They were rude on call and the location on maps is incorrect. I walked 5 kms approximately.
