GBAs we had a car location was good for exploring both downtown GT and places like Penang Hill. Beautiful infinity pool with amazing views over the city. Some nice touches with apartment deco.
Cleanliness! Very dusty in some areas. Superficially clean - see attached picture. Towel hanging up in kitchen upon arrival smelt disgusting and the sponge on the sink was too dirty to use.
SGMYYesterday I went out at 12.30.. I agree that my deposit will be deducted by RM45.. I have a deposit of RM150.. I should have gotten a return of RM105.. He said it was a 24-hour process but now it's been more than 24 hours and still not refund my money .. When I whatsapp in the group they created, no one answers.. Seen Only..what can i do now???

NZThe AC is not working. The bedsheet is not clean and has a smelly and funky odor. I raised this to the management and there is no compensation or solution from the team. They told me they had to wait from the cleaning team to see if these complaints are valid. Until now 16/06/2025, there was no updates from them. I have given up to follow up as they ghosted me. My family had to leave earlier and moved to a different accommodation. My mom specifically she had some rashes on her body during her stay which we believe is due to the dirty bedsheet.
