The villa was recently renovated with high end finishes. Owner paid attention to all the little details. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, instruction manual etc. Villa was comfortable, clean and spacious. We are going to come back.

Not a thing. Our experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this villa.

The weather. Was rain for three days.

The location was great, about 15 to 20 minutes of the Naples Pier. Plenty of restaurants around the area, and not too far from Naples main entertainment area. The condo was very comfortable, the bedrooms had extra comforters in each closet with pillows, a trundle bed and a pack & Go crib for our baby. They also had wireless chargers nest to each bed, which made it very convenient. For the beach: they had beach chairs, toys, a nice size cooler, and very nice beach towels in each room. In the kitchen, they had a nice variety of pots and pans, plates, silverware, glasses, condiments, and they left plenty of the basics in the pantry. Also, they left us a bottle of wine with glasses as a welcome gift. The bathrooms were nice, clean and well stocked. Plenty of toiletries for our three night stay. Communication with the host was always quick and he responded within a couple of minutes. We will definitely stay at this property every time we go to Naples. The experience at this place was simply amazing! The TVs were of a great size, had fast internet, Xfinity TV and access to all streaming platforms!

I do not think we disliked anything. The host thought of every detail to make us feel home. The only thing we were not crazy about was the trash situation as we had to walk to a dumpster near by to dump it, but that isn't really something the host has control of.
