GBGBNot far from local bars we know and love, and only on the 2nd floor which was a bonus! Lovely little apartment with a great big bed! It is a central location to get to the beach and lots of other bars/restaurants. Facilities great.

UAExtremely responsive and supportive host. Very easy to find apartment due to host responsiveness. Awesome location that is close to sea side and not far from both Benalmadena and Torremolinos city centers only 20min in foot. Close to the great value supermarkets, and at the same time not crowded area. There's a lot of brand new kitchen appliances, except fridge and stove but generally is ok. Awesome comfy bed and separation concept of the kitchen area and room is very great, make you not living on the kitchen like most of the studio.. The great styling of the apartment and think before concept make the stay very comfortable!
The apartment is located in not extremely fresh building that also make some impact on some apartment facilities that is just come from the past and took some influence on overall grade for apartment. There's high probability to have parking issue in hot season due to common parking. And for sure be ready to fight with mosquitos due to the close location to the local river. It's not fully ready for remote work if you not a fun to work from kitchen, but not crucial at all. Perhaps, a little bit overpriced in comparison to competitors in the area in general value-money ratio.
