USEasy to find, close to restaurants and grocery store. The ability to bring pets, we ended up not bringing a pet. Washer and dryer in the unit, although we didn't need it this trip. Very clean and Brand new refrigerator. Very spacious rooms with large screen TVs. Large desk area if needed for business. Lots of extra towels, sheets. Water in all areas is nice and hot and the air conditioner works perfectly. It was set at a great temperature, we didn't have to adjust it at all. Ample parking.
No dishwasher. The area is a little run down, but really quiet and a block from the sheriff department (can be good or bad). We had no incidents, nor was it loud, except for an occasional train. Pretty clean, but some areas could use a deep cleaning.
USUSWe had an entire house for our family members to appreciate two bathrooms and two large bedrooms. Additionally, we had a large den, a good sized and sufficient kitchen, and a washer and drier.
A little bit of adjustment would make it even over the top wonderful.

USIt was comfortable.
The porch light didn’t work, the showers are to small, shower curtain was not waterproof, it was to close to the railroad tracks, trains run all night. The showers were not very hot. The place was cold when we got there, it took a little while to warm up.

Showers were tiny and poor water flow due to awkward placement and type of shower heads.
USThis is an adorable little place. Super clean and the property management was super nice and very responsive to all of my questions. It has a cute little backyard.
The bathroom in the main bedroom is a little small and there isn’t a bath tub, so we had to take my 4 yr old granddaughter to my cousins house to get her bath but otherwise no complaints.
