I contacted the hotel 6-7 times to inquire about changing my reservation as my friend had fallen and we wanted to find out if there was anyway we could change the date of our reservation! They never contacted contacted me and it was not in the range of canceling! All we needed to find out if Extremely rude and inconsiderate!

The tv not functioning and the wifi was faulty. There was also a faulty fan at the basement.

Most of it. The apartment is a hazard. Half of it (4 sleeping spots) are underground in a badly remodelled garage. The bathroom down there is in a weird storage room with a metal exterior door, another bolted door that goes back into the garages and the window looks out into a creepy dark garage filled with old furniture and trash. The whole floor is RIDDLED with mold, the smell is so bad it goes up even through a closed door. Our group had people with asthma and allergies and they immediately had reactions, one of us got sick for the whole trip. We dragged what mattresses we could to the upper floor and crammed 7 people in one room to remedy this, some slept on mattresses on the kitchen floor, others on the couches. We explained the mold problem to the host immediately after check in, but the only response was “there is no mold, if you don’t like it go elsewhere”. You can very purposely not find any clear pictures or description of this basement area in the booking. Aside from that it is also not clean, the mattresses and pillows were stained and dirty under the covers, the couches were old and dirty, as if bought from a garage sale, there is no microwave, the “AC” is a small standing unit in the basement, the loft bedroom area on the ground floor is narrow and uncomfortable, you have to crouch up there, there is no balcony as described, overall the listing is not very sincere. The apartment is in the university area so it’s very loud all night long. The only good thing is the kitchen area but we couldn’t appreciate that because we had to block it with the table to be able to fit the mattress. The apartment is fit for 4 people MAX and the underground floor should be closed and burned. Especially for the price it’s a bad experience - hostels are twice as cheap and probably ten times more comfortable. The photos attached do not correspond to rooms, they are of the basement mold, storage area (aka bathroom) and window “view”.
