Quiet location.

Cost of the flat was too high for the faculties provided. And, adjacent to the car park, along the only exit route a neighbouring brick wall is leaning towards the route vehicles have to journey to enter/exit the car park. Perhaps this wall should be inspected - it’s not part of the Rock Pool property so this would need the agents to approach the owner of the wall.
