Fantastic house, will amazing facilities. Stayed here with family and 2 dogs. Great location overlooking the countryside. Great local walks as well as local pubs and restaurants (new Inn was great for dogs and food) Cannot fault the.house, was met at the house, given a tour of all the rooms and how to work facilities. Beds were super comfy. Hot tub was great. Would stay again without hesitation.

Honestly could not fault the house.

Great hot tub and robes were a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen, great television and speaker system and super comfortable beds. Lovely pub a short walk away and train station very close in Penistone.

A lovely property, that was home from home with touches of luxury. The hot tub was excellent and very spacious and the cinema room was a great surprise. The hosts were welcoming and informative. They also responded quickly to any extra questions. There were three generations of a family sharing the facilities. There was so much space and TVs for each and every one of us. The grandkids said "it was the best holiday house they had stayed in" and they have stayed in quite a few. It was home from home, because we could use anything that was in the house; such as X-box, toys, games and books. The kitchen was fully equipped and had extras like food items , foil and lots of kitchen equipment. Towels were provided for the hot tub as well as the rooms. I could go on and on as there was so much on offer to make our stay as comfortable as possible. you get a view of the Pennines and it is only two miles from the market town of Penistone. Cannon Hall farm was recommended as a great family day out and it was. Lots of animals, playparks, soft play, sheep races and lovely walks. It was a good entrance price and not far from Holly House.

The post code did not register on the SatNav, but that is most likely, because the property is on a new housing estate. Also, although the address says Penistone; the property is in Hoylandswaine and this is well sign-posted from the A628.

I like everything, especially that there is a TV in every room.

Beautiful location, house was very well done up. We had more TVs than people in the house! The hot tub was a nice added benefit which got more use than any of us expected, and the view was magnificent! Communication was prompt and helpful throughout, and deposit was refunded the day after we left so everything went smoothly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

It turned out when we arrived that we'd picked a week during muck spreading on the local farms, so for a couple of days there was a fair old stink outside. It didn't affect the inside of the house with the windows closed, and it was only for a couple of the days, but it did make it less tempting to use the (outdoor) hot tub on those days.

Spacious house, comfortable beds, good hot tub, location perfect for exploring Yorkshire and the Peak District. Well equipped kitchen.
