The room and the location

I could smell the smell of another person in bed. I don't know how but I did. And the toilet downstairs is very unhygienic. Needs a basin to wash hands. Even one that can fit only one's hands is better than nothing.

Don't think this is a registered property. No fire doors no smoke alarms no plan of action for emergency. Should still have fire doors on each room and sign age plus emergency action plan in each room.

The location was nice, relatively close to my work location and many shops around

The location that was on their page was incorrect, when I got to the location and a resident informed me that there was not hotel at that address I contacted the number given and it appeared that my booking had been overlooked, so I took a taxi and made my way to the new address provided. My stay was not completely unpleasant, despite the incident, however i found the property to not be in the best of conditions as there were clothes and towels scattered around in front of the door to my designated room.On a side note, the other guests staying were quite rowdy.

1. lacking cleanliness and tidiness in both bathrooms and kitchen 2. difficult to contact staff 3. we were not given all necessary information, such as house code and bedroom codes toilet on ground floor was too small; literally no space to breathe and I felt claustrophobic 4. flush in ground floor toilet is broken 5. the same dirty pots left in the sink and on the stove (still) for the entirety of out stay
