Local vibes very authentic. Busy part of town.

Be aware take earplugs as it is on the street is very noisy. Buses and Lorries literally passing the windows. There were not enough cooking utensils only 3 dinner knives for 6 ppl . Kettle did not work.

The rooms had a lot of things that needed replacing or repairs and the kitchen and pool were not cleaned before we arrived. Had to reach out multiple times to host to send someone to fix different things like loose toilet seats that weren’t even the correct size for the toilets and the shower heads were leaking from different areas as well as having to ask for napkins and toilet paper to be replaced. I had to ask for hand soap to be refilled as well, no one checked in before hand to see if we needed anything.

The design was nice and the beds were comfortable. Location was good.

It wasn’t clean, floors so dirty we always had to wear shoes. Pool was filthy, check in was awful, no communication on how to get in until past our check in time and when we showed up it was still being cleaned. Strong smell of sewage coming from 2 of the rooms. Place was on a VERY noisy street. No wifi information was provided. Host didn’t respond to our messages until we found them on another site.

The rooms are nice and cool during the heat of the day. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The outdoor common space is great for communal cooking and lounging. The location is close to the mercados and it's easy to explore the rest of Oaxaca central from there. The hosts were receptive to messages. It's a great stay for families and groups of friends.

Well appointed interior areas. Good location with easy access to all attractions specially the markets. Note that the location is not the glossy turisty side but it is safe to walk from Centre. Each room with en suite. The beds are very comfortable.

The pool (more like a large jacuzzi) was not working. The rooms windows face a busy road so it is extremely noisy. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. The host was responsive only at times. I never got to meet them. Some of the furniture needs repairing (e.g. the stools in the external kitchen).

Excellent location, excellent facilities as per the pictures and description. Very good communication with the host for check in and check out. Very good experience.

The place was not clean when we arrived at 3pm for check-in. The staff cleaned it and the place was ready at 5pm. Maybe a late check out from previous guests? It did not affect much our stay as we dropped our luggage and visite the City but it is still worth mentioning it.
