The proximity to the beach and not much else. The apartment is spacious, but dated. The neighborhood is safe and clean but there is not much to see other than high-rise buildings. You must have a car. A minimart downstairs.

No washing machines in the unit! Pay for laundry. There's only one machine to refill laundry card in the lobby. We had to ask for replacements for broken lightbulbs. We had to ask for a bottle opener. Old and scarce kitchen appliances. The staff is not welcoming. Cameras everywhere even in the laundry room. When back from the beach forced to enter from the backdoor alongside garbage dumpsters. Militaristic style building. Dated appliances. TVs not working. Broken lights. Filthy walls. Sagging mattress. The attitude of the managers. When I contact you with a concern, you should not tell me, "No one ever complained about that." I can go on. Overall, the property is not horrible, but it’s not welcoming and certainly not in line with this classy area. Check-in is quite late at 4 PM. They charge for early check-in. If you arrive early and wish to leave your luggage, they will charge a luggage storage fee. But checkout is at 11 AM sharp and you must be out. This is a classless, greedy, and unscrupulous owner who likes to take your money but not give you what you paid for.
