We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, a sponge, dishwashing products, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or bedding, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigaret butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 200 euros for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable utility usage policy will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: 25€ (for an extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or door-opening service during your stay) Extra garage remote: 35€ in case of lost. Extra cleaning with bedding: the price of a cleaning fee.
