The property was lovely, the beds were comfy and the layout is nice. It’s very minimal but that also gives it a good affect.

If I’m being picky, there’s a few dirty marks/stains inside the fridge, the location is great but very noisy in the mornings which can’t be helped.. the only thing that did annoy me is being asked privately by the landlord for £100 security fee but when I explained that it doesn’t state that on booking.com it was completely bypassed and not spoke about again, not sure if they was trying to pull a fast one or not. I think the price was good but probably a little too high still for what it is. However we did have a great stay and the place is lovely.

Location was very good. Apartment had everything we needed. Bed was good. Spacious and clean.

The couch was not that comfortable and the apartment gets quite hot. Would still recommend though.

The location is perfect! Opposite the Arndale Centre, above Printworks and round the corner from the Arena! Comfy beds, friendly staff

Overall really good. Maybe would benefit from cleaner balcony and a chair outside. Heating was tricky to work, fridge needs maintenance
