Eva Kingdom back to forest home close to disney

The location was good.

We left early because the house wasn’t clean, pool wasn’t ready, the smoke alarm kept going off. We couldn’t sleep. I had to wait to get into home because I didn’t receive the code to get into the home. We felt very uncomfortable in the home.

That the people here are friendly. The space to enjoy family without being cramped. Having a washer and dryer onsite. Having a pool and hot tub at the house.

The pool kept giving us issues. We paid for 3 days to use the pool and the pool did not want to circulate. There was no window on when the maintenance worker would be out. The last day the maintenance worker couldnt be out due to the holiday. Also the house was not that clean when we got it. The walls and cabinets had food splatters, and cob webs on light fixtures. The towels were left in the dryer when we got here and dishes left in the dishwasher unknowing how long they were in there for being wet and growing bacteria.

The location of the home was not to bad it was a beautiful neighbor hood. I thought the stay was going to be amazing as the home looked so beautiful from the outside and as we went in.

Upon getting into the stay there were piles of roaches as if someone came by and sprayed roach spray to kill them down there was oil like residue by all the piles of dead roaches then roaches started coming out crawling on floors counter and even in the dishes I was so appalled I requested to have something done about it I was told maintenance came out and no one answered the door so they didnt go in. And then tried to say it smelled like marijuana so it was unsafe to come in. The . king bed was broken could not even use that room I was told maintenance would come back out but never did and they stopped answering my calls to fix things.
