"Amazing apartment terrible staff."

The room was amazing. Lots of space and the facilities were awesome and the gym upstairs is paid but the facilities proper

The staff refused to keep some of the clothes I accidentally left behind. They didn't want to offer any options to me to collect it even though I was in the city. I am terribly disappointed as those clothes have sentimental value and the staff could have easily left it with security.

Magnificent view. Friendly and efficient staff. Well equipped kitchen. Quietness. Nice hot shower, etc. Nothing to complain.

Some of dining chairs are deteriorated.

"Splendid stay"

Aly was very communicative before and on check in and ensured I had all I needed for my stay. The apartment was clean and the house keeping team always kept things neat and tidy. The city view from the 15th floor is something I always looked forward to coming back to at the end of the day. This was definitely worth it.

I had a wonderful time in this apartment. Everything was pitch perfect, and they were so responsive. Of course, the gym on the top floor was just the cherry on top. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
