It's lovely, fresh and clean, very spacious, warm, and in a great location: an easy walk into town and good access to Heathrow. The communication from the property managers was exceptional. Felt very comfortable and relaxing. Really good sound proofing.

Nothing. However, I am not sure if you would be able to sleep with the windows open due to the aircraft noise.

It was peaceful. Highly furnished in an elegant way.The tiling and workmanship was of the highest order. Likes the fact that there were codes for access rather than keys.

Little things which I have expressed to the owner . Cleaning stuff, bath mats , milk , potpurri in rooms especially bathrooms as there was no convector and no air freshner spray.

It was 9/10 for cleanliness which is always a priority for me. The beds were relatively comfortable and the rest of the apartment was pretty well kitted out. It’s not far from the town centre or Legoland. The hosts were also really responsive.

The area didn’t feel that safe.When we arrived someone was smoking weed outside the front door and the whole ground floor smelt so he was definitely inside at some point. The area is definitely not somewhere I would walk around at night in. The front door just pushed open, it wasn’t locked (we reported it and management were looking into it). The lounge was warm but the bedrooms cold. The large shower head in the ensuite didn’t work. The pillows were extremely hard. An extra comfortable arm chair in the lounge would have made a huge difference as 3 of us could sit on the sofa but 1 person had to sit on the hard chair.

Great location, 20 minutes walk into the town. There was parking as well for one car. The property was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, hat viel Platz und ist aussergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt am Nichts. Die Betten sind zum Schlafen mega bequem, stabil und groß , alle Bettdecken und Kissen sind von sehr guter Qualität und Komfortabel Man hat eine eignen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, sowie super organisierte Mülltonnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter/Eigentümer war sehr angenehm, es gab immer detaillierte Informationen. Alle Fragen werden immer sehr zügig und freundlich beantwortet.

Luxurious apartment. Super comfortable and clean. Great location,just a few miles away from the attractions we wanted to visit. Recommended

We didn’t get to stay in the property and the communication was through the company tempstay not the owners.

That I had to take a photo of my passport and a selfie and then when I called to get the keys we had to pay for insurance. So, we ended up having to find alternative accommodation. It has stopped our holiday as we have not been able to get them to approve the email sent to them from booking.com for the free refund. It felt like a scam to us.
