Muy poco equipado, no tenía tostador, ni cafetera, estropajo sin detergente para vajilla. La vitrocerámica muy lenta y poco potente. Imposible el desayuno en el apartamento.

El colchón y la almohada eran bastante cómodos

Necesita una buena reforma .... la puerta a la terraza no abría, el grifo de la cocina perdía agua, las baldas del armario habían caído .... falta un poco de mantenimiento básico
