Did not stay for the full 12 days booked due to early communications issues with the property management team as I did not feel comfortable being there ..

Not felt comfortable with the management team in their earlier emails in spite of paid full 12 days advance payment of GBP 1300+ which is non refundable as we family prefer safety first than money.. So, we moved to another hotel and stayed for 12 days comfortably, and not looked into the advance full payment done of GBP 1300.
