Parkside Alexandria Townhome - 3br free parking

I liked the outdoor space for dogs and pet friendly policy; the host’s prompt responses; the location was convenient; shower water pressure was good.

Bunk beds were not very comfortable; kitchen was not fully cleaned (dishes in dishwasher, coffee in pot); bathroom small (lack of counter space). If feedback is desired, I would suggest two additions to improve- add a holder for the hand held shower hose so it doesn’t hang when not in use and add mirrors to bedroom dresses to expand space to get ready.

Location close to the Capital.

Beds and bathroms were inadequate. Dirty sheets on bed. Lack of parking. Floor on stairs landing weak. Location advertised as two bathrooms.

I liked the park across the street.

The the 2pc toilet room is very narrow with a large step up at the entrance. You cant stand up all the way either. The upstairs bathroom is tiny. The bedding was awful and needs to be replaced in some rooms. Upstairs get extremely hot with heater turned on at night, while downstairs remains cool.

The property was well maintained. It was clean and had everything we needed: new pans and cutting board, fully stacked kitchen (we cook all the time). We had a great stay. Highly recommend this place to a family that comes to the area.

It could use a few more smaller cups. But that’s me being picky. :) great place
