"Good location for sights and transport"

The location worked for us with access to old town and Santa Justa train station. The little courtyard was a lovely bonus in the heat, but there are bugs that bite. Very comfortable beds, sofa and all the kitchen facilities required.

Only small issue was no extraction fan in the lovely big bathroom, so gets very warm and steamy. The kitchen cupboards need some fixing.
