Bad maintenance of the outside bits Driving up, place looks derelict and it’s super narrow Toilet door fell off in the middle of the night Squeaky double decker bed meant we could t sleep Gross toilet paper ruined our stay

Location was right in front of Legoland. The furnishings were decent, but the towels were dirty. maintenance could be better.

The building is an abandoned construction project with lifts and most facilities in poor shape. Only one lift works at night it is amazingly inconvenient. The parking at 5th floor and the checkin procedure requires a lot of work. The apartment we stayed in had two separate apartments in the same unit. The neighbours were noisy and kept slamming doors until 1 am. The towels were an absolute disgrace with dirt marks all over them. We ended up having to purchase kitchen towels to use in place of normal towels.
