Stylish Modern Unit w Balcony and Pool Zodiak Stays

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. I had a lovely view of the town hall clock tower and the sky tower. I was pleased at how the apartment was very well equipped. I wanted to be able to cook my own meals and do laundry etc. I had everything I needed including detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. Also the response when I had questions was quick and helpful. I was very comfortable with everything I needed for my two week stay.

The lock box situation needs to be clarified. There is more than one lockbox at the entrance. After a very long trip from the US I was tired and needed to get into the apt with the minimum of fuss. It took a while and a phone call to the contact to determine which lock box was the correct one. I think you need to correct the photo in your check in procedures.

La situation sur queen street,propre et bien équipée Pour deux personnes et un enfant en bas âge car l’enfant doit dormir sur le canapé qui est pas convertible. Lave linge et sèche linge,instructions claires sauf pas d’infos sur la piscine

La piscine est un couloir de nage et non chauffée donc pas agréable pour se détendre.Seulement pour un nageur. Pas de climatisation mais présence de ventilateur mais on n’ouvre la fenêtre on entend la rue et le food court en dessous avec leurs extracteurs et odeurs

Отличное расположение в самом центре города, хорошее состояние квартиры и обстановки в ней (сравнивал с квартирой в этом же доме, но в эконом-варианте).

Единственный (неустранимый) минус - шум от вентиляторов снизу, они работают круглосуточно, поэтому если окно открыто, то неизбежно будет шум, помимо проезжающих полицейских машин, пожарных машин и машин скорой помощи с сиреной. Также иногда на площади напротив выступают различные «общественные деятели» с мегафонами или колонками (демонстранты и прочие).

No air conditioning.. getting hotbin midnnight... they provide you a fan.. but not cool enough.

The apartment's location was perfect for what we needed. Close to AUT Unilodge. While the apartment was compact, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable with good facilities. Would book again.

Proactive feedback would be: perhaps a small air conditioner/heat pump, as it got very hot in the apartment and became uncomfortable—the fan that was there was too noisy to keep on through the night. If there is a Coffee POD machine in the apartment, it would be preferable to have PODS available as well - no point having the machine without PODS. Nothing major, just some points to consider.

Overall the apartment was lovely. But I did not get the bedding/beds I paid for and what was advertised. I booked for 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. But what we got was 1 queen bed and a single floor mattress that we had to bring out and make up every night and then put it away every morning so we had room to move around the apartment. When I called Zodiac when we checked in, I asked where the double bed was, they said there is only a single floor mattress. I said that is not what I paid for. The girl on phone just was silent and said nothing not even an apology. Zodiac have not even gotten back to me with a formal apology, nor have they offered some sort of compensation for there or Wotif’s stuff up. So very disappointed, it really put a dampener on our holiday and I will not be using Zodiac property management again.

Great apartment, perfect to explore Auckland.

Code for keysafe didn't work on arrival, but after a phone call, all was sorted.
