Good service

The studio room was good. we had a comfortable stay. the facilities were also good. Location was very convenient. Easy and quick to locate. Very neat and clean the room was. It is worth the amount we paid.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Omg - loud loud loud No sleep ! Noisy upstairs ! Downstairs ! No sleep at all bye or my 9 year old !

Self contained

It was filthy I had to clean the venue on arrival, having to buy my own cleaning product The shower was blocked, and the door was not fixed properly, It was very busy outside my window with the bar next door being open very night until late On a Sunday 2am With police visiting often throughout my stay Access to through the front door was dangerous as there was lardury and a filing cabinet behind it A very unpleasant venue to stay at

It was self-contained

The room was filthy, I had to get my own cleaning products to clean the sink and cupboard and microwave Shower and toilet The shower was so blocked I had to take clean out the hair debris to be able to have a shower without flooding, and the door was not fixed. Any pots or pans were not usable as they were rusty. I could not get hold of the staff to help improve the cleanliness or complain I know it's near to the town centre but I had load gangs of people outside my window with 3 visits from polices to the bar next door, throughout my stay. The bar was open until 2am on a Sunday, keeping me up throughout most nights. Getting in and out of the front door was very un safe as there was a filing cabinet and lardary behind it, which restricted access. This venue really needs to improve the cleanliness and safety issues

The cost was great, and the parking was good

It doesn't look as nice as the picture portrays, I think you need to appreciate you pay for what you get at the same time however

NOTHING AT ALL

CLEARLY A SCAM!!! Do not book this accommodation! The host ignores you as soon as you enter the property as he knows he will receive payment at this point. The property looks nothing like the images advertised it is freezing cold as the heating temp gauge is not working. The place is filthy dirty smelly and has no facilities ie. no toilet paper the rooms above and adjacent to the property had women who were having sex and being beaten we felt extremely unsafe yet the host ignored us by blocking our calls. We did not stay and booking.com refuse to assist with any other accommodation and refused to assist or provide a refund even though we did not stay. Host has still not responded to us or booking.com

I called up earlier no one answered the phone , the toilet was dirty and stinking the room was smelling very awful no WiFi even thoe I tried to contact and put the password no response from the receptionist which I tried to call the number. Was very bad

Hot water wash working at least

There was a fire alarm was beeping when we entered the property and continued beeping throughout our stay. The bed head board was broken and on the floor behind the bed when we arrived. The pan that was provided has rust on it and some dishes still had stains on them. There was wifi provided but did not work at all- couldn’t connect to it and when complained about it, he did not sort it or provide alternative option after telling us he will. When I tried to contact the person through this platform via message and call him on the number provided, there was no response and I happen to find out the person stays on the property and he said he will sort out the wifi but even after messaging him for update the next day, I was ignored - very poor communication. The shower also drains very slowly- he should clean the drain cleaned. We usually don’t complain but there was so much that was wrong with the place.
