Good location. Comfortable and quiet.

The bedroom window needed a curtain or blind. The light from neighbouring apartments made it hard to sleep. The couch was made whilst the covers were still damp so it was quite smelly. The entrance stairs are a bit dangerous especially if you are carrying a heavy case. It would have been good to have been made aware of this prior to booking.

Great location easy access to all of Madrid. Great air con 2 bathrooms quiet apartment in a busy area.

Location is great. Comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. Staff was very responsive.

Cleaning supplies were enough for 1 day while we stayed for 2 weeks. Air condition in living room is faulfy. Severe leakage.

The location is great...very close to the trendy market.

The apartment is small. Internet was not working when we arrived. Repairman came a few hours later and changed a cable to fix it. We had several power failures. the host gave us easy instructions for resetting the fuses but it was inconvenient. Otherwise it was efficient and well-located in the Latina neighborhood.

Brilliant location to attractions and restaurants. If we came back to Madrid we would book the same apartment.❤️

We were on the first floor with no lift and old stairs. It took me a few days to get used to the stairs.

Great location. Close to Mercado San Miguel & Plaza Mayor. Just a short stroll to Calle Cava Baja where you will find numerous tapas restaurants. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

Bedroom needs a curtain on the small frosted window as the stairwell light filters through during the night when it is switched on by other tenants. If you are a light sleeper, the stairs outside the apartment are quite noisy when other people in the building arrive back late at night. Would be nice to have some cooking condiments like salt, pepper & oil.

Lovely apartments in the heart of Madrid. Very convenient location 3 minutes from Plaza Mayor and Puetra de Sol. There is a fish market and many restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: snow-white bed sheets, clean towels, two bathrooms, a kitchen with all utensils (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, refrigerator), large living room with TV and a cozy bedroom with a huge bed. There are two air conditioners for heating and cooling. The floor is quite cold, disposable slippers would be very appropriate. The apartment is clean, cozy, with a very photogenic interior. The owner of the apartment is always in touch and is most interested in your comfort.
