Carpet was a little old and musty but that comes with old buildings

The location was exceptional

It was not the first time for me in the hotel there was a huge difference between the early stays and the last one. The services was way bad probably the hotel is trying to save some money according the service

One of the best nights of sleep ever in my entire life. Why? The room was quiet! Room 111, first floor, perhaps because this is an older edifice and so the walls are thicker and better insulated, was perfectly quiet: a rarity these days of summertime merrymaking, construction, noisy guests, transport sounds, and even birdsong or the raucous cooing of roosting pigeons... Excellent, comfortable bed & bedding; great pillows; fluffy towels; good lighting; old-fashioned amenities such as nice envelopes (that I always appreciate, and use); delicious breakfast with great coffee, fresh juices and all the customary delicacies. The shower was top-notch, by the way; the Wi-Fi was easy and speedy. Not a single thing to improve. This was my first visit to Montpellier. This hotel — and the fantastic museum, worth a visit if you love art — are the reason I may come back.

Rien du tout. Please don't change! Please don't embark on some loopy remodelling campaign. Please don't hang hideous cheap art, as too many hotels do! Everything is exactly right.
