The Villa Rosa Hotel & Self-catering Apartments

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, alle Ziele und der Stadt sind schnell zu erreichen.

Stellplätze für Autos sind teilweise auf der Straße, sie sollen aber Videoüberwacht sein.

Chelsea and the team were very accommodating. I had a couple of issues that I'd had to deal with and they tried to help with that situation. The location in SeaPoint is great. Everything is there including a bank down the street and the seafront in 3 blocks with a fabulous pool right there beside the sea. As others have said the breakfast was also excellent. It was very quiet at night too. If having a soak in a tub is your thing it had a fabulous line, deep soaker tub. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There was nothing I didn't like. Be aware that it is an older establishment so has the usual challenges these places have. The bathroom can be cold as there's no heater there (at least in my room), the carpeting is older I think and it's that and/or the the cleaning products or scented oil sticks which may be a challenge for those with asthma or allergies. I am sure if you advise them they'd use scent free product.

Location is awesome, confortable room, feels like you're staying at a relative's (fancy) house, not a hotel. staff is really nice and welcoming, close to all main attractions in Cape Town

There are stairs, like A LOT. so, if you have heavy luggage or mobility problems, this is not for you.

Très bon accueil. Une place de parking surveillée la nuit. Une belle grande chambre avec tout le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner excellent Bel emplacement tranquil dans Cape Town

Une légère odeur d'humidité. L'isolation phonique n'était pas très bonne mais ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

Ein sehr charmantes Hotel mit freundlichem Petsonal in einer sehr guten Wohnlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is really good.

Wifi did not work in the room I had. I was staying in the room outside by the balcony.
