Alton Towers/Foxfield & Oak Barns/Peak District

The quietness, layout of the property, cleanliness, excellent shower, easy to use hob great parking for 2 cars, nice small garden and good size for a family of 6 when using the sofa bed which was reasonable good and comfortable.

Not enough plug points to use, need to be careful when putting 2 cars especially if you not used to a slope on the driveway at your house also a bit further away from Alton Towers theme park except that everything else was great

Great little place to stay. We had been to Alton towers through the day and it was so lovely to come to a home from home after. So comfy and plenty of room for us and our three children. Great communication with the host who couldn’t have been more helpful, even recommending takeaways for us when we asked, nothing is too much trouble. No problems at all, would highly recommend!

Value for money, not far from where we needed and a really nice cosy house

Very comfy beds. Lovely and clean. Helpful host. We loved the soft furnishings - comfy blankets. Shower was amazing! Lovely garden. Just what we needed for a one night stop over.

Location House was clean and had everything we needed

Small double bed, lack of sockets in the double bedroom. Soda bed is in need of a replacement mattress.

Perfectly compact for the 6 of us, just the space we needed and a great location after a day at Alton towers. It was clean and the owners were easy to contact if we needed them.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable particularly the sofa bed

Beds very comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk provided. Shower was very powerful.
