Good location lots of shops and bars around. Very well equipped kitchen great for preparing food in the apartment.

The height of the roof and the space was a lot smaller than we expected. Definitely not a space for tall people to stay. The shower head was not the greatest and kept coming off the wall.

Centre location

Would not suit anyone over 180cm as ceiling low in parts & bed short / small

Excellent location, small little apartment.

This is not necessarily an issue with the owner, but one of the days I was there, it was raining so much, that the ceiling was leaking from multiple places all over the floor and the table, to the point that it caused an electric cut off, by the time I returned. I contacted the responsible people who take care of the apartment and due to other similar issues with other properties, they couldn't attend. I managed to bring the electricity back and used all the towels for the wet floors. I asked him twice to bring me a few towels the following day but he never did. I appreciate that issues like this can happen at any point, and that is why I didn't push further.

Steps to bedroom were steep.

Very nice and comfortable apartment close to the centre of Madrid. Very nice communication with the owner. Apartment had everything what we needed. Would recommend for longer stay as well.
