"They are car thieves. They will go to jail."

Getting out alive.

They are car thieves. They offer free parking as a set up to steal your car. I had to get the police. The building manager informed me that all the short term rentals in 1711 Caroline are illegal and in breach of contract. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Electricity off during the day.
