Location, facilities, parking place, tidiness and the hospitality of the landlady; Noelia. It's in the historical part of the city, but only 10...15 minutes walk to the beach and a good shopping center. 15 minutes drive to the downtown where you can easily find a parking place.

Nothing, everything was just perfect for our way of travelling and I would definitely choose the same place next time visiting Las Palmas and the rest of the island.

The property itself was wonderful, equipped with everything you need and the pool and gym and nice bonuses.

The only downside is the construction currently going on nearby, which is no fault of the property.

Nice landlord, good communication, parking spot included, very modern and clean. Well equipped kitchen, quiet area.

The apartment has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and more! Great location with the beach and many restaurants at 10 min walk distance. Noelia was very communicative and responded quickly. She had great recommendations for the whole island that landed us in some amazing restaurants. Check in and out were flexible and although Noelia couldn't be there for the check in (which was fine as she sent Cecilia who was equally helpful), she made sure to see us for the check out cause she wanted to say goodbye. How kind! Would absolutely recommend staying here!
