I liked everything about the hotel; -The friendly, helpful and courteous staff - The yummy food at the restaurant. The buffets and a la carte items were freshly served - Nice sized family suite that was neatly maintained Another mention for the friendly staff at the restaurant ❤️. Genuine people who know what customer service is. My aged parents were very well treated and taken care of during the stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and to anyone visiting Srinagar ❤️❤️ And if the friendly boys at the restaurant are reading this: A Big Thank you to you all , words cannot do enough justice to the role you played in making our trip memorable.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and I can confidently say, we experienced the best service ever from the team. I injured my leg while i was out. Upon my return to the hotel, the team noticed. They sent me a hot water bag and even offered to send up food to my room. When we came down for dinner, we were so well taken care of, it was a pleasure to be amidst such an amazing team. During the middle of the night, they even got me an ice pack and some medication to apply on the wound. Thanks all the staff of hotel Green rooms for taking care of our needs throughout the stay, creating some amazing memorable moments for us with their kind service and hospitality. Looking forward to coming back again!

Me and my entire family were very pleased by the hospitality received. The service was really good, with polite and supportive staff members. The food was really delicious. Breakfast and dinner buffet had variety of dishes, and all were delicious. It's a value for money. Looking forward to more stays here in future visits to Srinagar and would recommend this hotel to others as well.

The rooms were exquisite and comfortable. The housekeeping services were great. Receptionist very humble and nice. We booked by mistake 3 nights, but we wanted only 2 nights, what we realized at the checkout. They where unbelievable helpful and didn't charge the 3rd night, what was our mistake 🙏🙏We are really thankful, if we come back to Srinagar, we will only stay at Hotel Green Rooms.

Stayed there for 2 Nights. Stay was amazing and also the staff. Food is the best there. Specially the mahalabia. Never had such good food in a hotel.

About hotel - Room was very luxurious. Hotel Staff is very good and helpful. They are always ready to help you. Food quality & breakfast was excellent. the overall ambiance of in-house restaurant was relaxing. Location is Perfect Near Dal Lake Receptionists were very helpful and always smiling.
