Bright and Cozy Apartment Near Pentagon City

Disappointed and nasty

The location was very nice next to everything

I faced difficulties with the virtual lock but the front desk was helpful

The location and the apartment itself were great. Hygiene could be better.

The bedlinnen were dirty, with even bloodstains. Since no alternative was possible after 6 pm we decided to wash them ourselves. Not something you wanna do after an 8th our flight, but sleeping under dirty linnen is even worse. We agreed with the host on a refund on the cleaning fee of 20% but since we don’t have a US bank account it seems a little difficult to pay the refund.

Just as described! Awesome location and about 2/3 the price of conference hotel. Worth the 8 minute walk. Bring your own washclothes and dish rag. Towels were provided but no washcloths. Paper towels are provided but the not the quality needed to wash a dish. Easy Metro train ride to/from DCA. Lots of places to eat and close to groceries if you want to cook.

Toilet paper and paper towels were of the lowest possible quality. No washclothes provided but did mention that only one would be provided in description/messages so I was prepared. There was not even one washcloth. Beds aren't the most comfortable possible but adequate.

Good location

The smell of smoke was overwhelming. The staff was unable and I’m willing to help. They promised to call me back and never did on multiple occasions. They refused to offer a refund even though the apartment was unlivable.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice location, close to parks, supermarkets and restaurants.

The only problem was the AC compressor that was literally inside the master bedroom. It sound was very loud and noisy. So if you can sleep in that noise you’ll enjoy the place.

Everything was wonderful. It was roomy and clean and close to the metro.
