Stylish 2-Guest Studio with Netflix, Prime - FREE WIFI & FREE PARKING - Aroluchi Ville

The location was perfect for what we were doing over the long weekend. Parking was straightforward - albeit on a public road outside the property. All the basic requirements were met and there were no issues with our stay. The WiFi details were missing when we arrived but this was quickly rectified via a phone message. The WiFi worked well.

Describing it as "LUXURIOUS" raises expectations which were certainly not met. By the nature of the converted garage everything is rather cramped - particularly the shower cubicle. The bed can also only be accessed from one side. The general decor was rather shabby with peeling paint and cheap looking fixtures/furniture. The area outside the door was strewn with litter (old crisp packets etc).

There were jars in the kitchen cupboard with tea bags, coffee and sugar, also a few packets of individual cereal (which we didn't use as they were not ours). The tea and coffee was a very nice touch and much appreciated. There was also some hair shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom cupboard.

KITCHEN. Although there were a number of small cups in the kitchen cupboard, there was just one mug. As we both like a good slosh of tea, the small cups just didn't do it for us, which was disappointing).. Also, as there wasn't a tea pot in the cupboards, we ended up using more tea bags than would otherwise have. SHOWER. The shower filled up with water and nearly flooded the room, requiring me to do a bit of plumbing. After taking the shower tray outlet to pieces, we discovered the inside was blocked with what looked like years of hair. Not the best! TOILET. There was also an almost empty role of toilet tissue on the holder, with no spare roll. Again, not a good impression. Finally, if you arrive on a cold day, be warned that there are no heating controls anywhere in the apartment, so enjoy the cold radiators!

Me and my partner stayed over for one night and were very happy with the room itself and was perfect for the two of us.

Only thing I’d suggest would be maybe adding a lamp in the room so we weren’t using main lights.

Great location, very clean and warm It had everything I needed and the parking was great.

A bedside table or shelf would have made it even better but I made do with a chair, so not a big issue

The photos were misleading, the flat is smaller and not as near 'bright' new or clean as they look and the "luxurious" title was false advertising. The facilities were basic at best. We contacted the owner to say we'd decided to find alternative accomodation, explaining that the bed was smaller than expected because we are both tall and needed a decent night's sleep before a long drive the next day. We never heard back from them despite them contacting us separately and replying up until that point. We're very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We didn't stay there and yet the owner thinks it's acceptable to not reply to customer's or Booking.com's messages as soon as it's not what they wanted to hear. It seems they just want to make easy money with a misleading advert and don't care about their guests. We found a hotel room close by instead, that was cheaper, cleaner and a much more pleasant stay instead. We're disappointed that there was no response from the host, they simply waited out until our request to waive the fees expired. So no refund, or explanation despite us contacting them within minutes of our arrival. Funnily enough I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Good location for shops and places to eat and easy to park

Not sure I would call a converted garage luxurious and the noise from the house it was attached to was loud at times (though the owner did have a good voice singing along to their music). Also given the front and back doors had windows in without coverings the light came in. It was also on the cold side.
