Air conditioning had its best times in the past. Shower water tap needs some fixing.
SESEIt was the worst apartment i have been in Bucharest. It was dirty. there is 2 Air-condition, but no remote control because the owner hid it and when i contacted him he told some bullshit about that is not allowed to use the air-conditioning until the 1st of august.. he made up this law just to save money and the temperature was 32 degrees!!! Inside the apartment and when i texted the owner he did not help at all and did not care. Electrical sockets was not in place so it was not safe! So i don’t recommend anyone to rent this apartment!

BGWe had a very bad stay in the apartment. First we couldn't get into the apartment entrance for over 3 hours because we didn't have a key and no one helped us, after a neighbor opened the door we went up to the apartment and again we couldn't get in because the code for the safe was sent incorrectly. After 3 hours outside and entering the apartment we found a poorly maintained apartment and a bathroom with mold and a broken shower. The apartment is very noisy even with the windows closed. Finding a parking space is difficult and you have to pay.

SKThe owner didn't send us check-in instructions so we couldn't check in. We waited for 20-30 at the door, tried calling and messaging the owner with no response. The building was also really old, dirty and ugly in a sketchy area. Of course, the owner didn't show any of that in the pictures. We got a new apartment and never even got into this apartment lol. I wish I had never booked this place. Just money on fire
MTLocation was central, close to all main shops. Parking was easy to find, just a 2 minute walk and was free from 8pm to 8 am. During other hours it was very affordable and easy to pay using the app.
The elevator seemed a bit old and need of an upgrade and the floors in the apartment creaked while walking.
